USPS, FedEx Price Increases for 2019

USPS, FedEx Price Increases for 2019

It’s a new year, which means resolutions, bold business goals, and of course rate hikes from the shipping carriers.

Yes, every January, carriers raise their rates on postage, change minimum requirements, and reassess their fees. Those of you who have been in the ecommerce world for a while have come to expect it. You have also come to rely on us as your shipping and fulfillment partners, to get the details down, integrate the new costs and let you know what those changes mean for you and your business.

As usual, the increase across the board hovers right around 5% depending on the service. Of course, the devil is in the details, and size, weight, and destination of the shipments all factor into the new pricing.
