Yes. Fulfillrite specializes in small-to-medium eCommerce brands, with no rigid order minimum, no setup fee, no long-term contract, and a dedicated account representative for every client. Brands shipping from roughly 140 orders per month up to tens of thousands per month are in our sweet spot, and we’ve served more than 2,600 clients since 2010.

Pricing depends on the size and weight of your products, how many orders you ship per month, and what services you need. Fulfillrite charges a $59.99 monthly account fee and requires a $399 monthly minimum in pick-and-pack spend. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Request a quote and we’ll get back to you with transparent pricing.

Orders received by 2 PM local time Monday through Thursday, or 12 PM on Friday, ship the same day. Fulfillrite ships 99.5% of orders on time with 99.8% order accuracy. Express two-day and next-day options are also available.

Fulfillrite operates three facilities: two in Lakewood, New Jersey, including our headquarters at 825 Towbin Ave and a second building dedicated to storage, plus a fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The New Jersey and Utah locations together give coast-to-coast US coverage with 2-3 day average ground transit.

Fulfillrite integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, BigCommerce, Magento, Etsy, eBay, and ShipStation. Orders flow into our Client Dashboard automatically, and a developer-friendly REST API is available for custom integrations.

There’s no strict minimum, but the $399 monthly minimum pick-and-pack fee works out to roughly 140 orders. If you’re shipping fewer than that, it may not be cost-effective yet, but we’re happy to talk through your situation and help you plan ahead.

No. Fulfillrite works month to month with no long-term commitments and no early termination fees. You can close your account with 30 days’ notice.

We handle returns through our RMA (return merchandise authorization) system, with returns typically processed within 48-72 hours of arrival. We inspect the item and notify you, and you decide whether to restock it, set it aside, or discard it. The whole process is tracked in your dashboard.

Fulfillrite specializes in small to mid-sized consumer products up to 50 pounds: electronics (including products with lithium-ion batteries), books, board games, toys, cosmetics, home goods, and accessories. Fragile items are supported with protective packaging. We don’t handle hazardous materials, perishables requiring refrigeration, or extremely oversized items. If you’re unsure whether your product is a good fit, just ask.
