Pricing depends on the size and weight of your products, how many orders you ship per month, and what services you need. We provide custom quotes so you only pay for what you use. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. Request a quote and we’ll get back to you with transparent pricing.

Orders placed during business hours typically ship the same day. We operate out of two warehouse locations—Lakewood, New Jersey and Salt Lake City, Utah—which gives us strong coverage across the continental US. Express two-day and next-day options are also available.

We integrate with all major platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, BigCommerce, Etsy, and many more. Our Client Dashboard connects directly to your store, so orders flow in automatically. We also offer a developer-friendly API for custom integrations.

There’s no strict minimum, but we do have a $399 monthly minimum pick-and-pack fee, which works out to roughly 140 orders. If you’re shipping fewer than that, it may not be cost-effective yet—but we’re happy to talk through your situation and help you plan ahead.

No. There are no commitments or penalties of any kind. You can close your account at any time. We earn your business month to month.

Yes. Our cloud-based Client Dashboard gives you 24/7 access to order status, inventory levels, and shipping details. You can also check shipping costs to any destination using our built-in shipping calculator.

We handle returns through our RMA (return merchandise authorization) system. When a return arrives, we inspect the item and notify you immediately. From there, you decide whether to restock it, set it aside, or discard it. The whole process is tracked in your dashboard.

We specialize in small to mid-sized consumer products like electronics, supplements, books, board games, toys, home goods, apparel, and accessories. We don’t handle hazardous materials, perishable food, extremely fragile items, or anything requiring age verification. If you’re unsure whether your product is a good fit, just ask.

We have two locations: our headquarters in Lakewood, New Jersey, and a second facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. The New Jersey location is within two hours of four major airports and right next to FedEx and UPS hubs, which means fast turnaround on both inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
