Excellent Service. Easy to Use and a Good Support Team
I received good support during the onboarding process which helped me get everything up and running properly. It was easy to get my inventory to their warehouse, and I have been happy with the services being provided. Orders get processed quickly (next day at latest) and the support team has been able to help me with any issues I’ve had. Also, the UI is easy and intuitive with an extremely minimal learning curve which is a huge plus as I am always dealing with steep learning curves everywhere else in my business.

Overnight shipping happens reliably (a completely new experience for me!). International shipping is reliable, fast, and cheap! Their website is smooth and intuitive. Had 1500 books to ship after a successful Kickstarter. Their software is very straightforward to use and update, far better than the one Amazon is using. Lots of useful FAQs as well.
Their representative did a great job explaining to me how to do everything and helped along the way. I needed some customization adding a pamphlet to all my books and they did a great job adding it to the existing boxes.
Would highly recommend them to anyone doing something similar.
