As of May 31, 2015, the United States Postal Service (USPS) will be making changes in their rates, some which may affect our customers, others that will not. We will, as always, work with each customer to ensure they are receiving the best options for their order fulfillment.
Highlighted rate changes are as follows:
- First Class Packages, Domestic and International: Domestic rates will be rising by 5.1% and international rates are increasing by 7.2%.
- Parcel Select (non-presorted): Rates are increasing 9.8%; however, heavier packages shipped in Zones 1-4 and weighing between 6 and 24 lbs. will be decreasing, up to $9.35 per package.
- Media Mail: Rates are increasing by 6.2%, up $0.03 to $0.27 per package.
- Priority Mail International for Canada: Pricing will now be zone-based, with shipping based on origin and destination.
