You send us your products and packaging materials. Before each subscription cycle, you tell us what goes in the box and we assemble and ship them on your schedule. We handle the kitting, packing, and shipping—you handle the curation and customer relationships. Each cycle is tracked in your Client Dashboard.

Yes. Most subscription brands have their own boxes, inserts, and branded materials, and we work with them regularly. Ship your packaging to our warehouse alongside your products and we’ll assemble each box to match your specifications exactly.

That’s normal for subscriptions and we’re set up for it. Before each cycle, you share the updated build instructions with your account manager. We adjust the assembly process accordingly. As long as we have the components in stock and the instructions in advance, the transition between months is smooth.

The earlier the better, but a good rule of thumb is to have all components in our warehouse and build instructions confirmed at least two weeks before your ship date. This gives us time to plan the assembly, catch any issues with components, and hit your deadline with room to spare.

Yes. If you offer multiple tiers—a basic box and a premium box, for example—we assemble each tier separately according to its own specifications. We manage the complexity so you can offer variety without adding to your own workload.

We integrate with Shopify (including subscription apps like Recharge and Bold Subscriptions), WooCommerce, and other platforms that support recurring orders. Orders can flow into our system automatically or be uploaded via CSV—whatever works best for your setup.

Pricing is based on the number of boxes, the complexity of each kit, storage costs for your components, and shipping. We provide a custom quote based on your specific subscription program. There are no hidden fees, and you’ll know your per-box cost before we start.

We build based on the order list you provide for each cycle. If subscribers cancel or you need to adjust quantities, just update the list before we begin assembly. We only build what’s on the final list, so you’re not stuck with extra boxes.

Yes. We ship to destinations worldwide and can handle customs documentation for international subscribers. International shipping rates vary by destination and package size, and you can check rates in advance using our shipping calculator.
