No. Fulfillrite does not offer cold chain or temperature-controlled storage, so we’re the right fit for shelf-stable cosmetics, skincare, and haircare products rather than formulations that require refrigeration. If you’re unsure whether your products qualify, ask us and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Yes. Unboxing matters in beauty, and we regularly pack orders with clients’ custom boxes, tissue, inserts, and samples. Send your packaging to our warehouse alongside your products and we’ll assemble each order to your specifications.

Returns run through our RMA system, typically processed within 48-72 hours. Each return is inspected against your criteria, and you decide what gets restocked, set aside, or discarded. The full process is visible in your Client Dashboard.

No rigid minimum. The standard account includes a $399 monthly minimum in pick-and-pack spend, roughly 140 orders per month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. Most brands are live within a week.
