The most common scenarios are customer returns that need to be inspected and restocked, products that arrive from manufacturers in bulk packaging that isn’t retail-ready, and inventory that needs relabeling due to regulatory changes or branding updates. If products in your warehouse need work before they can ship, this service is for you.

When a customer return arrives at our warehouse, we process it through our RMA system, inspect the item against your criteria, and either repackage it for resale, set it aside, or discard it based on your instructions. Restocked items go right back into your available inventory in the dashboard.

Yes. If you need to repackage your entire inventory—for a branding change, a regulatory update, or a product revision—we can handle it as a project. We’ll quote it based on the scope and turn it around as quickly as the timeline allows.

Pricing is based on the complexity of the work: a simple re-bag costs less than a full repackaging with new labels and inserts. We quote each project individually so you know the cost upfront. For ongoing return processing, we can set standard pricing per unit.

You decide. During the inspection process, we sort items by condition. For items that don’t meet your resale standards, you can instruct us to set them aside for return to you, donate them, or discard them. You stay in control of what happens to every unit.
