It’s easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months, I haven’t had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me).

I trust them, and I would not change. As a matter of fact, I’m publishing another book, and they will handle that one as well.

Assuming the rest of Fulfillrite functions this way, just know that if/when you ask questions, express concerns, or admit you’re ignorant and need help, you’ll be treated like royalty.
