I’ve been using Fulfillrite for somewhere around 6 months. I love the service, I have a manager that I can speak to directly with any problems. It’s easy to ship with custom labels, or marketing sheets, or custom notes. In 6 months, I haven’t had any customers complain about the packaging, or products ruined (other than by the post office), or forgotten shipments not sent (big one for me).

I trust them, and I would not change. As a matter of fact, I’m publishing another book, and they will handle that one as well.

I worked with the manager, Steve Schwab, for our Kickstarter U.S. fulfillment. He did an excellent job. His responses were lightning-fast, and he provided very helpful advice for our ground shipment from Canada to the U.S.

We were in a difficult situation due to a sudden tariff issue, and he resolved it quickly and effectively.

Communication with him was smooth and efficient—I didn’t need to ask many follow-up questions. Their web portal system is also very user-friendly and made the entire process easy.

I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent Service. Easy to Use and a Good Support Team

I received good support during the onboarding process which helped me get everything up and running properly. It was easy to get my inventory to their warehouse, and I have been happy with the services being provided. Orders get processed quickly (next day at latest) and the support team has been able to help me with any issues I’ve had. Also, the UI is easy and intuitive with an extremely minimal learning curve which is a huge plus as I am always dealing with steep learning curves everywhere else in my business.
